  • Explain the milling and recycling process.

Performance Tasks

Performance Task 1 (Learning Objective 1) – Demonstrate setting the stringline to establish the grade for concrete slipform paving.

Performance Task 2 (Learning Objective 1) – Correctly set up the slipform paver for operation.*

Performance Task 3 (Learning Objective 1) – Perform slipform paving.*

Performance Task 4 (Learning Objective 1) – Perform a concrete slump test.

Performance Task 5 (Learning Objective 2) – At the discretion of your instructor, perform hot-mix asphalt paving.*

Performance Task 6 (Learning Objective 2) – Perform a quantitative analysis on the segregation of stone.
